“If there were one thing that I wish you knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, it would be that you’re not alone and that you matter.  You are seen, you are loved, and you are enough.  If you were right here with me I would take your sweet face in my hands, look you in the eyes, and tell you that you WILL make it through this.  I’m a Certified Life and Health Coach (HCI), Personal Trainer (NASM), and Trauma Yoga Therapist.  My passion is to help you to uncover the lies that keep you stuck in patterns of shame and self-doubt through movement, breath, and somatic (body) exercises.  It’s through movement and breath that I was able to walk through my own story of childhood abuse, abandonment, and my husband’s betrayal.  My prayer is that you’ll find freedom in your body, breath, mind, and spirit and will be able to stand up taller with your head lifted high and boldly say “I AM ENOUGH.”
