Healing from the Inside Out© is adapted from Internal Family Systems by Richard C. Schwartz. This tool can be used to identify 3 different protective parts that work inside all of us in order to shield us from the pain of exiles (past wounds) and present wounds. It is used to listen to the inner messages. By writing on the lined side it allows for a path to clarity and direction on what may be causing difficulty when trying to move forward in healing. The goal is self-leadership and developing self-compassion as you grow.
